In order to find the right replacement leaf springs, you will need to raise the trailer up and take some measurements on one of the existing springs. This type of information isn't typically provided by trailer manufacturers and it's not something that can be determined by the axle capacity (many different leaf spring lengths could be used with 4,400 pound tandem axles).

Hitches for the back of trailers are not custom made to each trailer make and model, but are mostly universal fit. I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit for tandem axle, # RR23QX.
